At Ruby & Kate and its subsidiaries, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain products (such as intimates, swimwear, or earrings) may not be eligible for return.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping method, as Ruby & Kate and its subsidiaries cannot be held liable for lost or undelivered returns.

REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that shipping charges paid at the time of your order are non-refundable.

  • If your return is rejected (for example, due to signs of use, damage, or missing packaging), we may not be able to issue a refund.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at support@rubykate.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a resolution.
